| one year?! Already!? |

Okay people- it has been a year and i am at a loss for words. well, maybe not-i always have something to say. Speaking of speaking, i know 3 little people who probably would not fit in well at a library. They are so talkative and they communicate with each other in the most amazing ways. Many times throughout the day i catch myself staring at and listening to them as if they are my own little showcase-or 3 ring circus. They are ridiculously entertaining! With Opal Grey walking, Oliver fitting himself in the oddest of places and Jakob climbing over and into everything i am constantly moving to keep up. Nick and i have to use zone defense daily. Babyproofing is at a new level in our home. We enjoy them and feel lucky as heck to say they are ours. Well actually, we are theirs.
We celebrated their one year milestone with 2 parties. One at my parents house with the Callahans and the Brewingtons and the second at our house in Southport with imediate family (Callahans & Boehmers) and our close friends here in Southport. We had a blast and they just loved the balloons (and Bunnie trying to get the balloons). This last year has been the most difficult, wonderful, happiest, scariest, craziest, sleep-deprivated, busiest time of my life. (I would not change any of it-well maybe the sleep part)!
